When was the last time if ever you checked out this pigpen? This is not a hotel...it's a flophouse for students and it should not be related at all. Your company owes me for the rental.. I am currently in Boston at the Hyatt Regency ( last 6 days.)..this is wha a hotel is. Call me to discuss this further. Price line blue this one. Just terrible experience...

The is a development that is in transition. The top half is now student housing, the office spaces that are part of the same development are all being remodeled. In Fall of 2013 it was too much transition. Rooms weren't kept up well, our AC unit ran all night and froze us out.

I do not believe that this hotel deserves a 3* rating. More like a 2.5* The hotel needs a major overhaul. Turns out part of the hotel is being leased out as "luxurious student living". The rooms are run down. wall paper peeling off in the bathroom, and mold in the shower area. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. After housekeeping still hairs on the bathroom floor. Not very appealing. ...
