Well worth the price, conviently located, very helpful staff. Even though it is a motel, there were nice choices in the morning in the office-fruit, muffins, granola bars, cereal, juices and coffee....all included with reasonable rates. Rooms were very clean. I would go back again.

We stayed at the Willows last year for homecoming as a cheaper alternative to the Williams Inn. We had a fine time, but it was nothing special. We decided to return to the Willows for homecoming this year, and had a much, much better experience. The owner of the motel was very, very friendly. Upon realizing that we were going to have a full room (4 people in two beds), he upgraded us to a three bedroom cottage. Not only did we each get our own bed, but we had a kitchen where we could have a nice breakfast before the game. It was such a pleasant stay that we are already looking forward to staying here for homecoming next year. ...

The reason why I said the owner of the hotel has no moral integrity whatsoever is because that he not only double booked the room by giving the room we reserved from 4 months ago to someone else for more money, but also told us he had never received the reservation for us from Priceline, while he already charged our credit card four months ago. He lied about calling Priceline, lied about us getting a refund. Everything he said was a lie. ...

Our room had a comfortable bed and pillows, new shower stall, somewhat worn but serviceable window dressings(total blackout possible) and bedspread. The low, dark wall-to-wall isn't going to win any prizes, but for a modestly priced, cheerful, comfortable room it fits the bill. We walked in a few minutes to Linear Park, a Williamstown park that follows the Hoosic and Green Rivers, but it is not well marked and someone has to explain how to walk in. ...
