The entire lobby was cordoned off with police tape because the remodel was not ready. They charged $12 a day for parking in an area where there is no need to charge for parking. This hotel does not live up to the Marriott reputation.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT, THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WAS STELLAR. GREAT TV. SPACIOUS. LOBBY IS BEING RENOVATED BUT WILL BE NICE. STAFF NEEDS SOME TRAINING. RESTAURANT PRICY. PARKING $12 A DAY BUT THE ROOM KEYS DON'T WORK TO LET YOU IN/OUT AND YOU NEED TO BUZZ THEM.
THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT MY SERVICE ANIMAL. THEY HAD A MENU TO ATTACH TO YOUR DOOR FOR BREAKFAST THAT DID NOT GET PICKED UP TWO OF THE THREE NIGHTS, EVEN AFTER I LET THEM KNOW. THE COFFEE AT THE STARBUCKS WAS TOO WEAK TO DRINK (SOY LATTE). AT XMAS.

They are currently in the middle of a remodel and we were able to get a room that had obviously been recently redone. They also provided an excellent selection of toiletries.
The lobby is being renovated so there was a very small check in/registration area. There was a long wait and it was hard to even speak to the staff because of the power tools being used. Had to pay for parking.
