Slightly loud on the lower floors.

It has a very pleasing ambiance even smelled fresh and clean throughout! Very friendly staff!

Wonderful stay at a top notch hotel. We were able to check in early and upgrade to a room with an incredible view. Comfortable lounge in lobby. Very friendly staff, room was spacious and clean and smelled great! A++.

It was way over priced for the quality and did not live up to W standards.

The hotel has nice views. However, if you are looking for that unique artful W Hotel experience it is not to be had here. Even the "whatever, whenever philosophy" at this hotel is worn out. The rooms are simply not artfully decorated, but bland, poorly lit, and depressing. The carpet is thin, worn and dirty. The bathrooms are outdated. If my reservation had not been non-refundable, I would have changed hotels in a flash. And, the hotel is charging $400 plus dollars for these rooms? Total rip off. You can do better. This hotel is masquerading as a W, but did not live up. I will not stay here again. Nor will I recommend it. ...read more
