Hotel Guest Reviews of the Villa Inn Motel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 29, 2013

NO COFFEE! Didn't care that they did NOT have the advertized breakfast but NO COFFEE? Hotel is old and very used but the room seemed as clean as possible and was spacious. Chairs and carpet were iffy. Fridge was unplugged and there was no microwave. Only had half the light bulbs and NO kleenix. Did have good cable TV. Bedding was old but clean. If you need an inexpensive place to stay this will pass. Just bring your own coffee pot! ...

This place was a bit run down and in need of some repair. You would not want to walk the wrinkled darkened carpet in your bare feet. But it was a good value for the price. I had a good night's sleep.

Very quiet room on first floor, very important as i am here for my job. I feel this is a great deal for the money and will stay again.

This motel is a small road-side place that is not very fancy. It was clean though and had a good WiFi connection. All I needed was a place to stay while in town and this motel met my needs perfectly. If in town again, I would not hesitate to return.

Old, strange set up, good water pressure in the shower. I won't be staying here again.

Great value - really nice staff. It was 100 degrees outside, but our room was ice cold, as was our in-room refrigerator!

When I arrived I found that I was assigned to a room on the 2nd floor. I asked whether I could possibly change to a ground floor room as there was no elevator. It was early evening, and the room with handicap accessibility was vacant. I was given this room with the understanding that I would not use both beds in the room. The room was quite large with a large and fully accessible bathroom. The bathroom had a shower large enough to hold a wheel chair and with no lip that would hinder accessibility. It also contained a very large fold-down seat that a wheelchair user could easily slide on to. Unfortunately, it also contained a brown/black patterned rug directly in front of the shower. When I placed the white shower mat over this rug and stepped on to it, it oozed a dark brown liquid which soaked through the mat. I normally carry a hair dryer as well as all toiletries when traveling so was not inconvenienced. However for those who don't, a wrapped plastic glass was supplied. Other amenities that one might expect such as soap, shampoo, facial tissue etc were not supplied. The bathroom did contain toilet paper. The bedding appeared clean, but well worn. There were what appeared to be cigarette burns in the blanket and bedspread. The public area consisted of a very small lobby which as I recall contained one chair. There was also a counter in a hallway leading to the rooms which contained a coffee pot. I did not see any coffee made while I was there, but did check out before 7:00 am. ...
