It was older and didn't have all the finishing touches in the room but it was a good value for the price.

We were very pleased with our night at Vacationland Inn. We wanted to get away, and not be overwhelmed with the holiday shopping crowds- so staying in Brewer was perfect. Our room had a comfortable king bed, a fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, TV, coffee pot, it was very well decorated, and the staff were friendly!

This hotel was very unclean. The bathroom tub had a ring around it. The bedding had hair in it. The hotel room smelled of dampness and the bread for the breakfasthad mold on it!

this hotel was not close to malls and was old and musty

We liked this family owned place so much that we asked if they could recommend similar motels for other destinations on our travels.

Very old style motel with exterior doors directly into room. Renovated in the 1970's. The room smelled moldy. Old noisy air conditioner. Free continental breakfast, served with bibles and other religious materials.
