The motel is set in a very small town with only a few places to eat. There is a McDonald's across the street for internet access. There are people that reside permanently in the motel and pay at a weekly rate, they were very nice. The rooms were very old school, which was kind of cool since that is coming back in to style. However, the rooms show their age and have been used. The no internet really was a serious bother. I was in town on work and didn't care much were I stayed, so this motel met my needs in a cheap fashion. But don't expect much more than a place to shower and sleep because that's all you are getting here. The staff was very nice as well. ...

As I said above it appears this motel caters to weekly rentals to constructions and contractors living out of town. That was the type of dirt exposed in carpet and around.

This motel has not been updated since the 1970's. The doors were lined tufted with leather. The day we stayed the outside temperature was around 100 degrees. The location of the extremely old wall air-conditioning unit failed to bring the temp of the room down. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. WARNING - Shower heads were aimed into the bathroom. Illogical numbering of rooms on the second floor: 18-11-12-13. This motel still uses actual keys. ...

I would not recommend it to anyone.
I cant believe your company actually endorses it.
The room smelled. The AC unit easy held in the wall by duct tape. The toilet tank had a crack that went from top to bottom that was sealed with epoxy. The room was very dirty. They charged me an extra ten dollars for two more towels and washcloths.
