It's location and price
We were placed in a handicap room and there was no counter space in the bathroom

It was great overall but I was not happy with the handicap room. They are obviously remodeling.

Recently remodeled, very nice hotel. Fairly centrally located. Rooms were very nice and clean.
Front desk staff was very nice, but they should hire some new janitorial staff. There was trash in the hall to our room the entire time we were there. Pool had trash that was un kept

Overall I was very happy with the hotel, less a member of the janitorial staff. He came into the pool room while we were there. After about 10 minutes, I noticed him starting at my wife and son. I made eye contact with him several times before my brother and I got out of the pool and told him to get lost. He was extremely creepy. Never said a word though. As we were leaving, he was "cleaning" a window and stared at them again. I smacked the window and made it very clear I was tired of his nonsense. Didn't see him again after that. I would have given this hotel 10 for everything, but for one little thing. There was a bottle of water in the room with a label that was telling me to enjoy my stay. I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't read the whole thing. I thought it was a complimentary water like so many hotels of this caliber offer. I drank the bottle, my cousin came to my room and pointed out that the water had in very small print at the bottle that it was a $3.50 charge which was $3.80 at checkout. Very misleading and after explaining to the clerk at checkout, I still had to pay for the water. A bottle of water is .35 in bulk purchases to charge $3.50 is a 1000% markup.
