Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge Trenton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It was located nearby the reception hall (we attended a wedding in the community) & other family members stayed at same hotel.
The cost was not in line with the facility. For example, we just stayed at a hotel in Barrie on Tuesday night of this week and the cost was less than $100 (including taxes) and there was a pool. There was no pool at Travelodege and the cost was higher i

Clean, spacious rooms with decent beds, desk, flat screen TV with free movies. Great staff.
Not too liberal with replenishing toiletries.

This building looks small and rather desolate from the outside, but once inside we found the rooms to be spacious and clean. They have good furniture including a writing desk, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with several complimentary movie channels, and a decent bathroom with an external wash basin that is convenient. There's a nice lake out back though most rooms probably don't have a view of it. No elevators. The desk staff (particularly Nicole) was gracious and helpful. The complementary continental breakfast was not a full hot breakfast but ample with a waffle maker, bagels, breads, sweet yogurt, boiled eggs and other standard fare. They even let my wife have cereal in the late evening when she was hungry. There's no decent restaurant nearby, but overall we were very pleased with our stay. ...read more

Accidental hit book instead of back and paid US dollars for room (I live in Ont.) I called right away to advise of error told too bad.
Door key and room deadbolt did not work. Could not lock door.

Would not recommend. Deadbolt and door key did not work and not offered another room. Was told to use a trick to lock door - did not work. It was midnight when we discovered the deadbolt problem - told nothing else available.

It was a VERY good price, clean, room smelled fresh and the hotel looked new. The continental breakfast in the morning was delish!

Very great place to stay! Worth the money I paid! Plus our room had a nice view of the river! Got to park my car right in front of hotel so I did not have to walk far with my luggage.

The rooms have recently been renovated and were very nice.
The shower head was leaky.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Being a Travelodge, my expectations weren't high walking in. When I walked into the lobby I was pleasantly surprised and the room was also very nice. Much like a 3-star Holiday Inn.

Continental breakfast was great.
Location was a bit off the beaten path.

The staff was friendly and courteous. We have three young kids and the hotel is very kid friendly.
