Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge Suites Moncton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

the water pressure in the bathroom was good.
This hotel was not clean; very dated and a terrible breakfast buffet. There was also no restaurants within walking distance and the noise from the highway was awful.

This is a cheap hotel that doesnt deserve to be a 2.5 star like holiday inn express and hampton inn. The room was smelly and the highway noise was loud!

It was nice and close to Crandall University where our children were doing labs.
The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Friendly courteous staff quick to respond to issues raised.

Good location close to Trans Canada Highway, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, good value for the money.

Our room was great;bed was very comfortable;it was clean and airy. Staff were very helpful; breakfast was tasty.
No.

My bill was even less than I expected. I would definitely book to stay there again when in Moncton.

Free breakfast.
Located too close to the highway, there is too much traffic noise coming into the room. Also, I was placed in the room next to the stairwell and on the end wall next to the highway - very noisy.

Try to get on the top floor on the end away from the highway.

Comfortable king size bed and friendly staff
I did not like that the personnel (I can name if needed) said we would have a drive up room with a king size bed.!! We were very disappointed in not having the drive up room. We booked the room 19 days before our arrival!

We paid TOO much for the hotel by using Priceline!! We paid way over the current price! The hotel is TOO far from downtown and is found JUST behind a hardware chain store. The lobby is also the breakfast room. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is not a pillow top but has a pad under the FITTED sheet that in the beginning you might think it was a pillow top mattress. The comforter is put in a mock duvet cover and it is too heavy for a top covering,The bathroom was clean but small. One of four lights were out above the vanity mirror. One of the seams in the shower/tub area was open. A good place for mold to gather. Half the towels were old and hard; half were soft and new. There are no black out curtains so when the sun rises the room lights up.The drawers look better on the outside than when you open them. Poor quality runners. Damaged inner drawers. The staff seemed friendly. The hot breakfast was standard. The eggs were the all yellow flat rounds. Sausages were spicy short links or beige colored rounds. The "make your own" pancakes were super flat when cooked. The syrup was the cheap type not maple. There was cereal, a bread section, yogurt, fresh fruit, WARM milk, teas, coffees and hot chocolate. When we entered and left the building by the end second floor entrance, we were met by a wall of smoke. We even had to walk through a large group of smokers to get into the hotel.BUY the rooms were non-smoking and you had to sign to pay for cleaning the room if you smoked in that room.I'll be surprised if you publish this review but I never intend to stay there again ...read more

Location was good
Pillows, too small and fluffy. Breakfast was cold and there was no coffee at 8:00 am. when we went down.

Location and price was good. Staff not overly friendly. Didn't really talk to me at check in other than ask me for my credit card. Hotel was quiet and ample parking.

great room, breakfast, parking
Lady at the front seemed a little lazy. Had to wait for breakfast replacements. And there was hardly anyone in the breakfast room so no excuse

The pillows were comfortable
The location was terrible! It is behind a storage warehouse where there were loud trucks moving around at odd hours. The front desk staff were friendly enough but housekeeping staff were unfriendly (with the exception of one older lady). Some of the towel

I started bidding on a hotel for $65 which did not go through. Priceline recommended I bid $73 so I did. I got this hotel for $73. As I was driving to this hotel which was about as far out on the indictated map as you could go, there were many hotels with large signs advertising a night's stay from $59-$70. These hotels were at least on the main drag as opposed to this hotel which was down a steep driveway hidden by an industrial building. The room was loud with traffic and other industrial noises. Front desk was ok but cleaning staff not happy. Breakfast was just ok, a good selection of hot and cold drinks. ...read more
