Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge Silver Bridge Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel has put a bar in with an outdoor balcony around its perimeter. There were drunken people on the deck smoking, urinating on the walls and the noise/music escaping from the walls and doors was excessive. Parking was poor and dimly lit. Very upset

Poor not even a star..I've stayed in many motels in small towns that have been kept clean and the effort to make one comfortable is there. This one is terrible. Not even a 1 star.

Extremely pleasant personnel, especially the morning wait staff. Very attentive!
Housekeeping came at 4:00. Never dusted. No clean ashtrays. Beverage rings left on nightstand. Tub not rinsed out. Flushed toilet gurgled in tub. Phone mssg. not delivered. Broken bed lamp. No coffee in room!! No plan to repeat the stay.

Staff and delicious breakfast in restaurant.
Noise outside our door till 2am. First night and poor air conditioning. Front desk could give no help. Door on bathroom stuck on floor. Could not get all the way open.

Would not stay here again or recommend. It.

Good location with easy access to shopping.
I stayed two nights at this hotel. I was gone all of the second day and when I returned at supper time my room hadn't been made up. Maid service finally showed up at 7:00 p.m.

An older hotel. Fairly clean, but I think it should be rated more as a two star hotel and not 2 1/2 stars.

Great location, close to all amenities.
Had a stale odor in the room, but nonetheless very clean.

If you're looking for just a place to rest your head and have a hot shower then look no further. Friendly staff, clean rooms and close to everything.

The staff and the front desk were great as were the staff in the Old Fork restaurant.
The room was very small. They have tried to update the rooms but still feels old and dirty.

It was convenient and fairly clean. Typical star hotel.
Staff were rather abrupt and there was a steep stair to get into the room.

If you want to be right in Duncan this is the best hotel in town. It's right on the highway and is therefore quite noisy. It's OK for an overnight on the way to somewhere else.

Clean, quiet, modern, centrally located walk to casino and other restaurants ample parking great receptionist.
The windows should have something, so when u open curtains people can't see in but still lets light in.

Great hotel for price, met mine and my attention detail girlfriends expectations. Would recommend to anyone looking for value for their dollar. Nicely decorated rooms and very clean.

It was convenient, the restaurant has a food bar that made eating easy.

This is an older hotel, but certainly adequate for our needs. With the restaurant attached it made tired travelers comfortable.
