We were there for 7 nights, they gave us a quiet room that seemed to be bigger than the average room. That was nice, the beds were just okay. They used flat sheets and the sheets would come undone with little movement. The mattress pad was just a thin pad that was not secured in any way so it would get bunched to one side during sleep. I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THE TRAVELODGE AND THIS ONE DID NOT LET ME DOWN. IT WAS CONVENIENT TO WHERE THE WEDDING WAS AND THE FRONT DESK ATTENDEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS VERY TIDY AND CONTINUALLY LOOKED AFTER AS WE DINED.

Room decor was a bit dated, but everything was very clean. Staff was super friendly. The included continental breakfast was excellent. Didn't stay long (just a rest stop), but would stay again.

I had asked for for this city, but the auto booking on your site put me into this hotel and into this type of room. If I had know that the system was booking me into this level and this type of room, I would not have used your service. Am I allowed using your service to complain about the room, or ask that my room be upgraded. At the hotel level. ...
