The hotel itself was dirty looking and not up to date. The free breakfast food was very poor and lacked restocking of items...i.e fresh coffee, milk, and cerial.

I was in the hospital Friday evening and was not able to check in but I still wanted to come for Saturday, they told me I could just check in over the phone and pick up my key when I go there Saturday, I tried to do that and they said they never told me that and I had to repay for a room! Came back at the end of the night from dinner and all of our rooms were 89 degrees, the manager said "Crack a window honey". We were on the ground floor, alot of riff raff going on out in the parking lot and this was their answer... so we did, I ended up calling back and asking for a fan, the manager said he would give us one and I asked for a second one for my mother in laws room, he said they did not have any and we complained and he came and kicked us out!The manager appeared to be high and was taunting us from behing the security guard as we were gathering our belongings, We tried to call 911 from the room to get the police there to file a complaint and it would not let us out and the security guard who had undone his gun holster to kick us out, told us the phones dont work it was too bad. Luckily I went to the car and got my phone and called the police and they informed us it was hotel and there are alot of problems there and we were better off staying somewhere else to begin with.So I paid for the room two times for Saturday night and still had to get another room elsewhere! ...

This Travelodge is an ordinary property where the rooms are kept clean and well stocked. The staff is beyond sub-par, especially at night. Attention to detail is non-existent, and the continental breakfast area was unsanitary. Overnight staff in the lobby did not exist. It took an hour to raise someone just to check us in. This is an old hotel which does not have heat until it is "switched on" seasonally, at which point the A/C is non-functional. Overall, the hotel was reasonably priced and we felt we achieved par with what we bargained for. I will stay here again, but with the understanding no one mans the desk at night and you get either A/C or heat, but not access to both. The facility is decently maintained, however the card key system is "iffy" and we found ourselves returning to the front desk often during the day for card replacements. Are the tradeoffs and ghost services annoying? Yes. However the value and somewhat seedy location overcome the problems, and I would stay here again. ...

This is an older motel, could use some updating in décor, but staff was very pleasant, and helpful.

I would never stay there again. Over rated and to expensive. If this hotel did not have location and kept it's pricing it would be out of business. At best this is a XXX. to XXX. dollar hotel.
