Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelers Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The whole place was terrible. The staff was not helpful or friendly. We never even got the so called continental breakfast because the staff was never in the office.

Price and availablility. No hassle setting up a late checkout.
There's quite a list: coffee maker with no mugs/cups in the room, air conditioner was incredibly noisy, volume on remote didn't work for the old, noisy tube TV, extremely limited toiletries in bathroom, decor was... vintage. 2 stars is too generous.

This is the best place to stay in Longview Washington. Inexpencive, but well run by nice people who realy make the Motel seem like a much more expencive one.

The rate was not bad.
The fridge did not work and they were unable to provide one that did work. One of the bed side lamps did not work. And the other was loose in the socket.

Location and price was good. Liked the brick walls on some walls.
Bed very hard, and pillows very flat. Very limited selection of foods for Continental Breakfast, ( 2 cereals, juice, milk, coffee). Morning manager/clerk, not professional.

Contrary to other reviews I read about this hotel, I found it to be clean, with up-to-date furnishings and quite comfortable. Definitely on the higher end of 2 star hotels. I will likely stay there again.
Yes ... the in room coffee wasn't the best flavor. Could use a different brand.

The hotel is horribly out of date and feels like a complete dive. The blankets on the bed was so thin you could see through it. Same with the sheets. The room smelled and was quite dirty. The front desk clerk was friendly.

Price. Fridge and microwave in the room.
It was in a seedy area and itself seemed like unsavory things probably occur there.

For the price, this hotel was better than I expected. The staff was really friendly and the room was pretty clean.
There was some mildew on the shower caulking, and the water took a few minutes to warm up.

Travel Lodge is in a pretty good location. It looks cheap on the outside, because it is, but overall, it was better than I expected for the price. It's right across from the hospital, so I heard the life flight and several ambulances, but overall, not too shabby at all for $60 a night.
