Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge LakelandOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Family Traveling with Teens
The rooms are old and dirty. The smoking part of the hotel literally had a haze in the air. The entire hotel stunk. Every morning the maids would leave all the patio doors to the rooms open as well as the doors into the hallway, making the whole floor hot and humid. The carpets had holes and worn spots, and the bathroom was dingy. The toilet kept overflowing. When I went to tell the front desk, they took me to a maintenance room and handed me a plunger to take care of it myself. The breakfast was paltry, like hospital waiting room food. Often it was all gone and no one came to replenish it. The worst part was having to pay a ton more money to get the room I needed when it was discovered there was mistake with my reservation. There was no attempt to help me out and it ruined my vacation. It was not worth it.
