The staff was very rude and made snarky remarks to us when we told them that we spoke to another associate about our room. There was also a car who's alarm was going off every 5 minutes most of the night.

Need to learn what customer service is!!!

It was easy to find. They had a good breakfast in the morning. Nice pool.
You can hear the people in the room above you and the people on both sides of you. No sound proofing here. Very noisy from other guests.

It was a good price for the room except it's very noisy from the rooms of other guests. Deffinitly stay in an upstairs room. The breakfast was good. Good location. Nice pool area. Good parking.

Surprised by overall quity of the room. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Desk staff were very polite and quick. Was nice to have a refrigerator, miceowave, and huge flat tv. Bathroom was large. For me, modern air-conditioning was huge plus. A+
Continental breakfast was small but it did suffice to get my day going. Good coffee. Pre-packaged mini danish. Instant oatmeal.

Amazing room for the money. Great location close to my downtown conference. Great value. Better than the 3-star we stayed at the night before.

LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR MY PURPOSES: CLOSE TO MY FAMILY AND TO THE GROCERY STORE!
THE BED WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE DOOR.

CLOSE TO THE SUBWAY, BANKS, GROCERY STORE,ETC. MICROWAVE AND FRIGE IN THE ROOM! CLOSE TO FREEWAY. I FELT VERY SAFE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. PLENTY OF PARKING ADJACENT TO THE HOTEL.

The television!! And the cleanliness. It was perfect!!
It would have been nice if the staff other than the front counter crew, spoke English. I said hi to a few people and they completely ignored me.

The rates were awesome. The pics really didn't do the hotel justice. I was expecting a crummy dive, especially since it was the cheapest in Hollywood, and I was surprised! I preferred staying in the hotel room over going out. Definitely got my fill in of much needed relaxation in, and without housekeeping interrupting my slumber.
