Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge Bristol

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Less traffic going this way after the races.
Beds were lumpy, sheets were not soft. Pillows need to be replaced. The towels were the worst, it was like drying off with a brillow pad. With the prices they charge for race weekend, they should be able to take care of some of these things!

Hotel staff was not knowledgeable about the area, nor were they very concerned when we had a toilet that would not flush. We had to use our neighbors bathroom since the staffs only solution was to say "Yep, it's stopped up"! If you want to enjoy the included breakfast and drinks be there before 9, they close up then! It would be nice if the hotel had given us that information or just stayed open until 10 like all other hotels and breakfast establishments. more

I didn't have to stay there.
Old, smelled, was not like described on priceline, pool was closed.

I would not allow my grandson to stay because of smell and cleanliness. I think all my money should be refunded, not just half.Smelled like dogs.

The hotel is right beside a gas station and i81. The hotel sits on a hill and is easy to spot. The area makes the stay very quiet to traffic noise.
The hotel staff are very unprofessional. There were love stains on the furniture.

The staff is not professional. The employee could not find the reservation. I called priceline and a specialist called the hotel staff member. I could hear the hotel employee berating the priceline specialist. He was arguing about how pricelines department and equipment do not function well. The employee then confirmed everything. The hotel employee said to never use priceline again. He said to call the hotel directly instead. This is preposterous. I use priceline all over the US and never had a problem. When I got to the room, I pulled the desk chair out. There were semen stains on the chair. The floor is very dirty. Paint is peeling off the walls. The reception on the tv is poor. more

Location on our route is really important. We located the hotel easily & quickly.

It is interesting to us that the hotel is actually in two different states! Cute plaque in the entrance hall floor. The a.m. staff directed us to the running track we needed for our granddaughter. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but granddaughters liked the fresh-baked waffles.

The room was clean, breakfast was pretty good. Close to the race track, if you go as the crow lies.
Pool and restaurant were closed.

Was ok for the money and, location. Staff were friendly and room was clean.

Good Priceline affordability, easy on and off interstate, clean and neat room.
The TV had very poor reception. Towels were very thin and rough.

Staff was awesome
Stain on blanket and on chair. It was Gross

They just need to make sure all the supplies and furniture is cleaner. If a chair is stained get it out of the room!

Did not clean room on one of the days we stayed, would not give us extra pillows during our stay.

This hotel was not very clean. They had cigarette burns all over the carpet. Our room was not cleaned one of the days of our visit and when I confronted the front office they told me that housekeeping was gone for the day. We had no clean towels or washcloths due to them not cleaning the room. Housekeeping did not leave washcloths for two days. Very dissatisfied with this hotel. more

Spacious room for a reasonable price. Also, it had a waffle maker.
The breakfast did not stay open long enough.

We were awed by the bigness of the room we received. Wow! Our kids enjoyed their waffles. The worker was friendly enough to fire up the waffle machine, even though they had shut it down at 9AM. That's way too early!
