Hotel Guest Reviews of the Fairfield Inn Okc Crossroads
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 13, 2013
Family Traveling with Teens
I booked a room with two queen beds for my husband, who was moving my daughter from the dorms at OU back home for the summer. Obviously, that meant that she would be staying with him on the second night. The front desk staff put him into a room with a single king bed and said that they would move him the next night. When he reminded them, they refused, saying that the cleaning staff had been sent home so they couldn't re-prep the room he was in. They gave him a roll-away cot instead. It sufficed, but I had paid for and requested a double-occupancy room. Additionally, they had spent the day moving and were sore and exhausted. A comfortable stay was an important detail of the trip, but this fell short. The Fairfield was the only hotel with easy access to OU and available rooms. My husband was unhappy with the choice to begin with, but after working with a tremendous Fairfield staff in Colorado, I assured him this would be great. I am disappointed that they proved me wrong. To be fair, I cannot be certain if the disconnect happened on behalf of Priceline or the Fairfield. ...

A little tricky to get to this location on the feeder. Dont trust printed information in the room. Breakfast has been changed cutting it by half hour on weekend
