The staff was extremely eager to help with all my needs. I will be using this hotel for every future stay.
Only one light worked in the restroom. They were prompt to get it fixed in a timely manner.

It was very clean and had an earlier check-in time than any other in the area.
Loud and noisy neighbors.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, close to restaurants and shopping places. I checked in a few minutes before my scheduled check-in time, but they hurried and finished my room so I could have it early.
