Staff was extremely helpful, spontaneously upgraded our room on check in as they had many vacancies during our stay. That is what I call customer service in the service sector.

The location was good, not too far from downtown San Francisco. It was in a clean, safe area and easy to find.
I rented a movie on Friday night and was not able to watch it Saturday night as well.

This hotel was nice. It was easy to find, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was convenient to have a fridge and microwave. The TV was good size, the beds were comfy and the shower was nice.

Comfortable Bed. Made use of the fridge. Nice plasma television.

I had a great stay. Just one night. My boyfriend and I stayed in it for our two year anniversary, and it was very clean and comfortable. The room was attractive and we loved the flatscreen television.

Good location near the wharf.
Not enough rooms with 2 beds.

Nice hotel,no complaints about the price I paid but I could not get any rooms with 2 beds which I needed for this trip.
