Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Fossil Creek

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff was wonderful! I called to see if I could check in early as I was in town for surgery and they were very accomodating. Very friendly when we arrived and got us checked in quickly upon arrival.
The room could use updating. Bed was great but other furniture was out dated as well as the carpet. The dresser had scratches and the room smelled of old smoke.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Eager to meet your needs. The construction makes it a tad hard to get to but that is not the hotel's fault. Overall I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
There was a lot of construction in the area that made it difficult to get to the hotel. The hotel was dated.

Decent hotel as long as you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel.

Location
This is one of the oldest Marriot Courtyards I have seen in a while. Everything was dated and does not deserve a three star rating. The Hampton Inn down the road is a 2.5 star and is a lot more enjoyable to stay in.

Nothing.
Located in a heavy construction and was very difficult to get to. The overall hotel should have never been rated a a 3 star. This deserves a 2 star. The location was terrible.

Don't stay here.

That I only booked two nights. I liked the convenience of a Luby's Cafeteria next door.
There is so much construction in the area that the hotel is not even accessible from the front. You have to go miles around to even get to it. In the morning, construction vehicle reversing beep beep beep makes sleep impossible. Pillows were flat, awful

Do not consider staying here until the construction is finished. It is impossible to get to, dirty, and noisy. It is horribly overpriced for the current conditions. The room we had was small and very poorly lit. Three lamps with low wattage bulbs were all that was available. One corner of the room was perpetually dark. The pillows should have been retired months ago. They were completely flat and uncomfortable in any position. I suspect that it is under new management. It does not seem nearly as well maintained now as it did when we stayed here last November. Stay someplace else for now! ...read more

Road work made access to hotel a little difficult. No fault of the hotel just had to figure out how to gain access.

Location worked well for us. Hotel is getting a little tired.

Location is good for getting around Fort Worth. However, the rooms are a bit worn. We were just passing thru, so it worked ok for us. Probably would not stay again. Staff was friendly.
