Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Hotel At Turf Valley

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location is great, spacious room. Adequate fitness facility and indoor pool and sauna. The food at the restaurant is a bit overpriced and just fair. Overall, a pleasant experience. Very convenient to both Baltimore and DC area. Great spa.
Indoor pool is very cool, ladies locker room is not kept clean and needs a few clocks. Very slippery floors in the pool and ladies locker room area. Gym area could be kept cleaner too.

Great location, go on priceline for cheap rates. Spa services are good, not much atmosphere. Only one restaurant in the hotel - get recommendations to eat at other places - Ellicott City Main Street has some fun shops and dining. Great place to hold a convention or a wedding.

Service was excellent, food in the restaurant was great. Views were great. Room service was very timely.
Restaurant was a little over price and not enough food on the plate.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Best service all around.

the front desk staff was especially welcoming and helpful,,,as was everyone on staff...our dining experience was also above average. This was a last minute get away for mu husband and I and we were thrilled and kept complimenting each other on

We enjoyed watching the snowfall...sitting in the lobby reading...my husband and son had a chance to catch up at the bar while my grandaughter and I explored the hotel and admired the many christmas trees and poinsettas. Our room was spacious and clean and extremely comfortable...we watched the swans swimming in the pond outside our window.

I was very impressed with the hotel/facilities. The room and view were great; the restaurant was good and I had two of the best vodka martini's, ever, at the bar. The staff was very cordial and helpful.
While the property is very quit and serene, unfortunately getting to it can be vary busy and nerve wracking. Unfortunately, your facility is not alone in this problem these days.

The rate for the area is excellent, whether going through Priceline or not. There are many attractions in the area with Baltimore and DC being so close, as well Arundel Mills Mall. The facility, grounds and the restaurant/bar are very warm and friendly.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel room was unbelievable. Did not eat at the restaurant but it smelled great. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a high class experience for a reasonable price.
No, everything met my expectations and then some.

This hotel was on a golf course and the room had a king size bed, huge bathroom with huge shower. This place was peaceful and quite. Would highly recommend Turf Valley to anyone who is looking for a high class experience for a

Service was exceptional. Each and every staff member that we encountered while at Turf Valley went above and beyond to accommodate our every need.
No lite fare very casual restaurant for dinner that is open to the public.

There were 7 of us for a girls weekend and we all said the overall service was the best we had experienced at a hotel ever. That's primarily because each and every single staff member that we encountered went the extra mile to accommodate our every need. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor patio for dining and relaxing. Awesome experience.
