the staff was helpful

The condition of the hotel.It was not what I expected from a hotel in the marriot chain

The hotel was in a good location but was in poor condition.The bath was in particularly bad shape.The bath fixtures where deteriorating and the shower was hard to use.Also the fire alarm was going off. First at 5:30 am (not funny).Also went off again while we were packing to leave...this time the fire department actually showed up.Thankfully neither time was there a fire but disturbing while we were there to relax. ...read more

The staff was amazing! They were all so courteous and helpful. I checked out later (at about 1:00 PM) and were OK with it too. I always stay here when I am in Jax.

I loved it all.

This is a great hotel. The studio rooms are not as big as the ones at the Extended Stay next door but very chic and clean, the beds are comfortable and room service comes by everyday to change your sheets and tidy up. No ovens available in the Studio roomsbut everything else was great..I always cook when I stay here. The suites have ovens though. I loved the suite. Felt like an apartment. I would request them to come and spray beforehand.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom that made me think completely differently of the hotel. I left one hotel to get away from roaches.

Everything was perfect for me including the suite and ambiance of the hotel that is up until the date of my checkout morning when I saw a cockroach crawling in the bathroom.

The hotel room was so nice and clean!

The room keys didn't always work. I got locked outside once and had to call for help getting back in.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The only thing I had a problem with was I booked a 2 bedroom online. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out that they overbooked so I was given a 1 bedroom. I had children with me so you can I understand why I was a little upset, but the front desk clerk . was so nice and helpful. She apologized and explained the situation and even cut my price in half. ...read more
