They have a friendly and outgoing staff, and the hotel was very clean.
The pool wasn't open and they have no hot tub or spa.

The location was perfect for attending a business conference at the COX center (right across the street!) And it's only a block from Bricktown for great resturants and nightlife.
This hotel really delivered more than the rated 3 1/2 stars. The resturant and bar had great food, the location is perfect for the business traveler, and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was no free internet.

It was great as far as being able to get away from home for my anniversary.
It felt like it cost more than it was worth. When asking to extend my stay it was almost a double charge, so I declined.
Overall great experience, didn't get bathrobes as promised, but we'll live!

This hotel had a fantastic location.
The staff was not great.One day we left our room at 7:30 and returned at 2:30 and room wasn't cleaned then left again from 4to9 called front desk asking for cleaning while gone and returned to dirty room. Staff refused to take responsibility or apologize.
They do not have the pool open year round - opens on Memorial Day weekend even tho its the early may, 80 degrees and high humidity outside. This was very disappointing and nowhere on the website did they indicate this. Also NO free wifi anywhere in the whole hotel not even the lobby. Parking costs and is pretty sketchy feeling but not super suprisingly considering its in downtown. Our overall experience was JUST OK and not nearly what we went expecting for price and star level. ...

Location was perfect for the convention. Lovely rooms.
Internet very expensive,did not use b/c of this! Wed night-a large group of teenagers did NOT quiet down until after 1AM! Not good for those who have to work the next day.We were on 3- workout center were the kids hung out, NO adult supervisors.

The location is the only saving grace about the hotel.
The bathroom was dirty on arrival hair on floor and in the tub. It took two hours and multiple calls to get security to respond to disturbances in the next room. We could not get to sleep til about 3 AM.
