Hotel Guest Reviews of the Innplace Hotel Phoenix North

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Its location and the various restaurants and stores within walking distance.
Breakfast was.great. The elevator was not working properly and on Sunday it was not working at all.

The staff was great very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our girls enjoyed the swimming pool. The courtyard was tranquil and a nice place.to relax.

Helpful staff
Public areas run down, dirty carpets, one main elevator broken.

Location accessible to north Phoenix attractions. Nice pool area. Interior of hotel needs upgrading and new carpets, rather dated and shabby in places.

NIce staff but needs remodeling. Old, unkempt carpet, decor from 1987.
Pool was OK and location had a lot of shops around it. Not the best neighborhood in terms of safety.

Choose something else. Not good.

The staff was help and I could see how the hotel could have been considered a 3 Star at one point - but it needs some serious work to get back to that. The rooms were clean and decent enough, but you could hear everyone in the rooms around you pretty clearly and it wasn't as if they were necessarily being very loud.

The only good thing about this place wa the location.(close to family)
This is not a 3 star hotel. At one time it may have been but it is run down. I would see trash in the hall and it just stay there. There was a car the had its door window smashed in( not mine). The room was clean but run down.

This was not a 3 star hotel. Priceline needs to change to a 2 star. The stuff was nice but the overall feel was that it was run down. The room was clean but he shower and bathroom needed to be remodeled. There was rust and poor title work. The carpet had holes and looked dirty in the halls. The wall paper look poorly done. The hot tub at night was small and had a ton of people in it. They were shoulder to shoulder with people sitting on other laps and other just standing in the middle. The outside grounds were dirty with trash. We stayed two nigths and i wanted to leave after 1 hour there but we already paided. All I have to say is avoid this place if you can. Spend a little more and go to better hotel. ...read more

No heat in room upon arrival, front desk clerk not helpful when asked about eating places or who could deliver food said check online, not familiar with streets or providing directions around town. very disappointed. do not plan to stay there again.

for the price we paid, guess this is what we get. plan to pay more elsewhere next time and stay in downtown phx or mesa.

The price for the quality of this hotel was excellent and it had a great outdoor pool
The fitness facility was not the best

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel itself very large and attractive. The big thing for my family is a large nice pool, which this hotel had.
