Great experience, very happy customer! I booked the room at the last minute and very late at night for a traveler whose flight was delayed. The airport transportation was awesome, at check-in the front desk had everything ready to go when he arrived.

Great hotel in the greenspoint area, convenient to airport and mall is across the street.

Wish it would have had a hot tub.
Easy check in. Nice amenities but wish there was a hot tub. Beautiful room with sitting area next to bedroom. Right next to greens point mall and several fast food choices.

Staff was really helpful, we waiting almost one hour for shuttle at airport finally called hotel and they said hop in cab at our expense! good service eventually!
it seemed far from airport
We had dinner in the bar and lunch in restaurant-both were really good. Room was very comfortable and staff great.

The bed was INSANELY comfortable. I sprawled out and slept like a baby!
NO JACUZZI!!! I was sore from driving all day and really wanted to soak in a jacuzzi before I went to bed... I was sorely disappointed that Hilton would not have this amenity.
Great location, gorgeous facility, very comfortable room and a bed that was one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in.

Horrible a/c unit. No cold air, just a fan
Nice hotel but the room was very hot and the a/c was blowing no cold air. Also there were blood stains on a pillow in the room as well as dirty sheets.

Close to the airport and free shuttle service, along with a feeling of security.
It was very fine.
The price was excellent, the location was easy to get to and friendly and helpful personnel made the stay enjoyable.
