Hotel Guest Reviews of the Willard Intercontinental
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 27, 2013

This was a great hotel. The roomservice was insanely expensive but that was our fault as we sat having such a great time at the world famous bar The Round Robin. We enjoyed our time and the bartenders were great, met wonderful people! The hotel was immaculate from the public restrooms to the rooms themselves. This is worth a few extra dollars. Very close to all the historic sights! ...

I think when paying priceline prices they put you in the worst room in the hotel. I've stayed here before and hadn't experienced the lower quality room in the past.

Right across the street from the National Press Club, where I was attending a meeting. I did not know that. I got in the cab and told the driver where I was going, and he just laughed and turned around and pointed out the back window. Just a modest cab ride to Union Station and K Street/Foggy Bottom.

Terrific location, quality rooms with very nice appointments, helpful staff, and a grand lobby area. Recommended.
