Fantastic front desk staff. Fabulous room and close to everything.
Housekeeping did not always replenish the room with all the essentials.
We had a wonderful stay at the Willard. The front desk staff took a lot of pride in doing a great job. Housekeeping sometimes missed items for replenishment...coffee, glasses, not enough towels but this was corrected with a call to the front desk. Food at Cafe du Parc was fantastic. The hotel is central to everything and is a great place to stay, especially if you have not been to Washington before. ...
