The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Period.
The staff was not friendly or helpful. The rooms are outdated and dingy. They had no King beds nor did they want to accomodate an early check-in. When you sat on the edge of the bed it flipped, the bathroom was cramped and they didn't clean our room.
I guess you get what you pay for. Despite having an amazing location, this hotel is truly a piece of you know what. We had requested an early check-in and a King bed the week prior and were rebuffed on both. The staff was rude, the rooms are outdated, the elevators are slow, the bathrooms are cramped and don't expect your room to be made up prior to 5pm. Wish I could get my money back. I would have been better off staying at Motel 6. ...

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely indoor pool on the roof.
Hotel parking is pricey, but there is a self-park facility around the corner on 13th between K and M for 1/3 the cost.
Great location within walking distance to major attractions (the Mall, Chinatown, etc). Rooms and bathrooms are not spacious, but are perfectly adequate.

ParkinG Is REALLY expensive -$47/Day!
This Hotel Is Only A Couple Block From The Macpherson Metro Stop, And Probably 5 Blocks From The White House, So The Location Is Great! Hotel Is Really Nice, Rooms Are Nice, And Staff Was Great. Food In The Restaurant Wasn't Very Good. ParkinG Is REALLY expensive -$47/Day!!! We Found A parking Lot At The Corner Of H & 14Th That Was Only $15/Day.

Thin walls- we could hear guest in other rooms and the hallway. The price to valet was too much ($47 per night with tax). Parking garage one block away was a lot more reasonable.

perfect location and very friendly staff
the room (with king bed) was somewhat small - fine for me traveling on my own, but would have felt squeezed with another person. maybe the rooms with two queen beds are bigger.
Great location in the heart of downtown. every staff person I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. small but well equipped fitness center. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was very nice and the overall hotel was very nice and clean.
The room was about 8x8 it was ridiculously small and in the very corner of a long lobby - I was extremely disappointed with the room and I believe they gave us that room because of Priceline.
