Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn San Antonio At Palo Alto
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 28, 2013

We made reservations months in advance, when we arrived, the room we were assigned to had burned out lights in the bathroom and hallway. We were moved to the only other room available on the 2nd floor, no help was offered to drag our luggage upstairs (we are in our 60's), 2nd day we had to wait until late afternoon to get towels because none were available and when they did bring some up they were handed to us unfolded, crumpled up in a ball. This is our 3rd stay here and it was acceptable in the past, but they have lowered their standards to the point that we will not be staying here unless they clean up their act and improve their standards overall. The night manager was arrogant and unfriendly. ...

It's a nice hotel. We might stay in the same hotel again if we go on vacation.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The kids loved the Texas shaped waffles for breakfast. The pool was cute and clean. Beds were nice, and most importantly the bathroom was clean.

The hotel offered limited breakfast - only cholesterol bearing foods and no fruit, cereals, etc. Housekeeping was a disaster. The first day I was in the room and told them not now and he insisted on coming in. I let them in but that was totally inappropriate. They did no tidying up. Just dumping garbage, towels, and making the bed. The bed cover was not clean as it smelled of sweat. Much improvement needed in this area. I don't think the housekeepers understood English that well. ...
