Hotel Guest Reviews of the Planet Hollywood Resort And Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 14, 2013

This is my second stay here, and I've enjoyed them both. The location is awesome, and the staff are always friendly. The resturants are very good, and the location adjacent to the mall is great also.

Overall a great location, clean, modern, spacious room, beautiful bathroom, friendly staff. The internet costs $13 extra, which is ridiculous, and the parking lot is all the way through the miracle mile, which is a looong walk with luggage.

NOT about the hotel, but about the reservation throught priceline. After long day traveling from NYC to LV, the first thing want to do is checking into hotel and relex. However, we were told the reservation is not booked. We waited over one hour to deal with the issue. we called priceline, and waited for over 60 minutes to get a priceline customer relationship rep to talk regarding issue. The failure of reservation really made me think is priceline reliable. ...

The rooms were fine, had a nice soaking tub in the bathroom. Even though we had a non-smoking room it smelled smokey. The wallpaper was peeling in the dingy hallways. There were 2 pools and are large sunbathing deck. The pools were smaller and it was impossible to get a chair at the pool. The hotel did a poor job of informing guest of the amenenities at the hotel and they slapped on a resort fee at check in for $20/day. There was only a booklet in the room containing room service information. We did not try the buffet. ...
