Hotel Guest Reviews of the Cancelli Rossi Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.December 31, 2008

Very poor, I would not recommend this to anyone. Staff was very rude, hotel is not near any food establishments, expensive internet.

Staff was rude and unaccommodating. We asked if they had a crib for our 16 month old and they said no however when we asked the sister property next door to it they just happened to find one for us. The woman who was working at the front desk upon our arrival should not be working in customer service at all.

It is located in an industrial area and not conducive for walking and shopping. Because Alitalia lost our luggage, we had to stay near a telephone in order that the airline could notify us and had to stay in bare-bone, almost bleak surroundings. The Cancelli is more like a second rate motel rather than a hotel. ...

Small but clean. Good for short stay. Restaurant food was great.
