Very poor, I would not recommend this to anyone. Staff was very rude, hotel is not near any food establishments, expensive internet.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Staff was rude and unaccommodating. We asked if they had a crib for our 16 month old and they said no however when we asked the sister property next door to it they just happened to find one for us. The woman who was working at the front desk upon our arrival should not be working in customer service at all.

The hotel is conveniently located to the Rome airport. Very lacking in facilities such as restaurants (especially on Sunday in as much as everything nearby was closed). We did not know the air conditioning was not turned on until June, and hot air was blowing until we turned off and opened the window. ...

at industrial area.
We chose the Cancelli because it was close to the Fiumicino Airport. For personal reasons we had to stay in this hotel for two days. It is located in an industrial area and not conducive for walking and shopping. Because Alitalia lost our luggage, we had to stay near a telephone in order that the airline could notify us and had to stay in bare-bone, almost bleak surroundings. The Cancelli is more like a second rate motel rather than a hotel. ...
