Great value!
The bed could've been more comfortable. The walls are very thin, you can hear everyone in the next rooms.
We only needed a room for one night so the fact we got a really nice room in a nice hotel for a fraction of the retail cost was wonderful.

Convenient location if you are visiting UAB Hospital.
There was a problem with the hot water on the floor where we stayed. They were working to get it corrected.
This hotel is a economical and convenient location if you are visiting UAB Hospital. It's only about 10 minutes away by interstate. Very close to the Galleria Mall and other shopping and restaurants. It has spacious rooms and was very clean. Free continental breakfast.

The room layout is nice for an extended stay, with divided area for bed and tv/office space.
some lack of hot water on 6th floor some days.

Hyatt staff was friendly. We arrived very late and Lady at desk greeted and asked if we needed anything. Breakfast is great. Layout of room is why we choose this chain. Will book Hyatt again
Maid missed a bit. Hair in bath, etc. I cleaned the bathroom. Room otherwise in good shape. Mini fridge was broken or maybe not plugged in. I did not deal with it. Informed the front desk when we left Sunday.
Felt safe. (traveling with kids) Hyatt is always our first choice because there is enough room for our family. Price is usually the deciding factor if we are able to stay or not. Thankful it worked out this time. Microwave would be the finishing touch to the room. Expensive to outfit each unit with it but with fridge, it would make a perfect room when I travel alone for business. ...
