Checkout was at 1200 the maid started knocking at 830 to get in a clean the room. She tried 4 other times between 0830 and 1030 when I actually left. She even called my room. Please don't post checkout time of 1200 if you try to push me out at 0830..

The hotel is close to a train station, but the location is a little far from the center.

poor service, too high a price for the location which is not central and above all even when you wish to cancel the hotel booking more than 24 hours ahead of time which is internationally acceptable this was impossible

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable.
This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room was very small. No tub, just shower. Only room for one suitcase. The location was quite a way from the bahnstrasse.

If you are going to Zurich for business and don't mind staying out then this is a good bargain. But if you are there for pleasure and time is of the essence, don't bid and pay asking price for something in the city center.

Nice hotel and the staff were very friendly/helpful!
It was a bit further away from city centre than we had imagined, but it was very close to the team which was awesome!

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was small, but had everything I needed.
Location was a drawback, difficult to find, a bit out of central Zurich.

Hotel itself is just fine. Rooms are small, but as far as I'm concerned, had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is not what I would consider central Zurich, if you wanted to do any shopping or try dining out, you would need to access the Tram system, its easy enough and fairly inexpensive for Zurich.

The location; The comfort and cleanliness of the room and public area; The friendly staff.
At one night, hot water run out, when asked when there would be hot water, a staff of room service said, maybe one hour, two hours, or one day.

Generally speaking, the hotel is good enough to meet my need and the staff are nice.
