Location is perfect.
Sewer back draft smell really bad inside room.
There were Silverfish and ants in the bathroom on the 3rd floor, it was the case in the two rooms we had, really bad smell also, the first room we had was really small, we couldn't open the door of the closet because it was in the bed's way. 2nd one we had was really better, with a balcony with a view on their terrace downstairs, but the smell was all over the room. Very noisy too, we could hear the other's toilet flush and door slamming. The staff was friendly and recognized us, they speak many languages too. The breakfast is OK, but everyday is the same food. No internet connection in the room. Also only Italian channel on TV. If you are planning for couple days in Rome with lots of walking, the location is perfect. ...
