My eyes and skin got very dry from being in pool and hot tub Room had a odor to it and so did comforters I have always had great stay though

After Saturday my keys didn't work gettin in pool and outside doors

The breakfast buffet was amazing! Very nice selection of both hot and cold foods. Bed was very comfortable.
Room was right next to the highway and was VERY loud with the traffic. The window handle was broken, several lights were burnt out, coffee pot wasn't cleaned and put back together, and kleenex weren't replaced when box was empty.

If your room is at the end of the hotel next to the highway, be prepared to bring ear plugs. It was the only way I could drown out the noise and get some sleep. Also, the attention to detail by the cleaning staff seemed lacking at best. Empty kleenex boxes weren't replaced and the lid to the coffee pot was never replaced after being cleaned one morning which made it impossible to make coffee. There were multiple lights in our room that were burnt out, and the window handle was broken. These aren't huge deals, but if these little things aren't handled then it makes me wonder what other things aren't reparied. The room was nice.
We called the front desk because the T.V. in our room didn't work. Apparently they could not figure out what the problem was and never let us know what the problem was we tried until 9:30 a.m. Staff not really trained on how to handle situation.

Hotel still offers smoking room the odor was really strong 1st floor smoking rooms could smell on 2nd floor. Hotel seemed okay. Buffet was great. Thank you kitchen staff.

Was the best experience I love the ramada most helpful staff had to let them know in my hallway there was bad smell of marajuAna in hallway on my floor I was so tired and hurried my ten year old to our room. And forgot to call desk as I was so tired told
Loved everything. Breakfast was great as well

Well worth the price hope to stay again soon

it was lovely but you didnt stick to the offer that was made.
we booked it for two nights and you claimed we only did it for one night and when we got a call the next morning to get out or pay the price was raised to XX. We didnt expect that

Great location, comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower, good breakfast. Great outdoor space for walking the dog.
I could not get the shower on and couldn't get the tub stopper to seal. I finally put a washcloth over the stopper to create suction and I was able to take a bath.

The Breakfast Bar is top rate. The Attached Bar and Grill is a Sports Bar and has excellent food/drinks. The Pool area is good. The Hot is once of the bast I have stayed at. The hotel is in a great location if you have business in the north suburbs. Great
Lot of road work going on n the area, but there is a lot of that is many cities right now

Is an excellent night stay
