Yes. They need an awning over the side entrance.

Perfect location on the east side of town. Close to everything. Clean rooms, great staff, good hot breakfasr in the mornings. Pool and small gym. As the song goes "Who could ask for anything more?"

Good hot breakfast in the morning (FREE). Comfortable room, clean. PArking is free. Near interstate for ease of getting around.
The Hotel is well off the street. It was a little hard to see from the main road. You must keep an eye out for the Hotel.

Rating is a 2 1/2 star plus. Better than a 2 1/2 star Hotel. Friendly in accomodating requests. Fast checkin and check out. Would stay there again.

Great location! The room and the staff were terrific.
The breakfast was the only thing that left something to be desired. You always had to wait for some foods. It was never full at the same time.

This hotel was perfectly located off the hughway...was VERY clean...staff was always courteous...and the bed was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again when I'm in Jacksonville.

It was very well located for our needs. Also, the room was great. Better than I expected.

The hotel was convenient to 295 and also where we would be traveling to. The room was better than we expected...it included a microwave and refrigerator. The onlu odd thing was that there was no ice machine on the first floor. But that was a minor thing. Overall, the hotel was lovely.

Fridge, hd tv, microwave and good bedding.
They did not reserve the accessible room I need, which I specified in the online booking and again through a phone call to the desk 10 days before our trip. The service manager rectified the problem after about 15 mins. delay.

Best quality for the price, friendly, helpful staff, and the breakfast was up to par as well. All in all out of 5 star I would give it a 4.
