Clean, simple and eco-friendly features.
Isolated location/access.
Overall, a good hotel and nice value. Close to bus/metro lines and the Central Station in Milan. Helpful staff and fairly clean environment. Internet access left a bit to be desired.

Great aesthetics and comfortable room.
Having to pay for internet usage.
This was a great hotel with a modern feel. It was super clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The location leaves something to be desired as it’s out of the way of anything that you'd want to go to in Milan. It was about a 5 Euro taxi drive from Milan Central Station to the front door. The only negative thing that I can find is that we had to pay for internet usage and there was no WiFi.

Great breakfast buffet!
Location, far from Subway and attractions.
The rooms were nice, very modern and well cared for. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and worth getting up for The location was out of the way and far from the subway, though the shuttle helped.
