Hotel Guest Reviews of the Denver's Best Inn And Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I like room's size, the big fridge, and the kitchen in general.
Very poor wifi, it is useless. The bed is uncomfortable.

Ok for price
Humid rooms, windows won't open, no vent in bathroom. Parking has many commercial vehicles taking up spaces, difficult to find. Rundown neighborhood, fortunately it was a former commercial area so not to many people hanging about.

Staff was very courteous and helpful.
Very difficult to find if you are not familiar with Denver. Even our GPS mislocated it by 1/4 mile and on the highway with no direct access. For a suite there were no utensils or anything in the kitchen. Chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in, had to u

Not a thing i tried to cancel my reservation due to them not being able to comfortably acomidate my family and the girl at Priceline would not send the motel the paper they needed to cancel my reservation so we were very unhappy and were stuck.
the whole staff were very un friendly, felt like we were in prison with lock down and quiet time. they only cleaned my room 2 times got 3 towels / 5 of us our total stay the bed was very uncomfortable had to pay for a breakfast that should have been free.

NASTY MOTEL. I would take it off your site completely unless you want to sell rooms to drug users/dealers or prostitutes very Nasty Bug infested bathrooms yuck..I truely believe we were very over charged for our stay and will never stay at a best inn or even use price line to book any stay again.. I think this motel need to have ORKIN or TERMINEX inspect there rooms due to a cockroach i had found in my bathroom had to check our luggage daily. I so would have left if my card wasn't charged already $700. why have key entry doors outside if they don't even work, i know it is legal to smoke weed in Colorado but staying at a motel with small children and could get a contact high by just riding in the elevator was not a nice idea. We felt very unsafe just even in the halls so we all left early never walked around anywhere with our socks and shoes and came back late just so we wouldn't have to deal with the mess, the sad thing is i work at a hotel and i know you could've canceled my reservation and the hotel was fine with canceling it but the operator threw priceline would not send the needed papers (very sad)on your part.. ...read more
