Couple
The room was clean but there was no heat on when you first walk in.Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The remote to the tv did not work and they did replace it. The toliet needed fixed. it moved when you sat down.

Extreamly dirty, locks broken, light switches were black from dirt instead of the cream color that they were, light panels were bowed about to fall out of ceiling, bathtub had been patched where they was a hole in it, some sort of stuff running down wall between bed & nightstand u could see the stains on the sofa.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The room was a smoking room so it smelled badly which they switched for me to a room that was non-smoking. The room became available because of some last minute renovations. The TV didn't work so he brought us a dusty one. The shower head was broken so water went all over the bathroom. Tried to get a towel and the rack came out of the wall. Cobwebs and ants were plentiful.
