Crowne Plaza Downtown

Very warm in the room. Air did not work. Nice man that came and tried to fix it but could not and brought us a fan. Valet was terrible very very slow and no one seemed to be in a hurry. Manager just told them to hurry. No one apologized until they were ready to get their tip. Very noisy in the hallways not the hotel fault but it appeared that security never left the lobby. It's not a place to go get a good night's sleep. It's really a party hotel- so many people coming into the elevators with big coolers.

Excellent location! Restaurant is mediocre and overpriced.

Convient area,clean and friendly wonderdul views and access to mamy resturants

The room was spacious, the soap/lotion in the bathrooms were clean. The room had plenty of seating room (couch, love seat, desk/chair) and it was great to have a fridge!

Pros- location & nice staff Cons- room needs some work & the highway noise was pretty annoying

On arrival, the toilet seat looked like it had not been clean and there was left over food in the fridge from the visitors before. We were unable to set the temp in the room, it was "preset" by the hotel...hot all night and did not sleep. The next morning, there was no hot water in the shower. We were told by the staff we needed to let the water run for 20 min because we were on the 20th floor. Still no hot water. After a complaint, a plumber came up and looked at us like we were crazy for asking it to be fixed. We left the hotel room for the day and took the "do not disturb" sign off the door specifically for our room to be cleaned. We came back late that night to find the sign back on the door and our room just the way we left it. After a complaint, they brought new towels up to us only after we asked them to do so.
