The room was incredible, I loved the refreshing artwork around the hotel and the rooms, the bathroom was extra special. The bed was super comfy too.
The front desk staff were cranky, it seemed that as soon as it showed we booked through priceline the lady got this snooty attitude as if we weren't good enough to be there.

Great location, minutes walking distance to the Casino and Skytrain, but the front check in staff need training in hospitality to whomever comes through the door.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was large and beautiful, and the bathroom was exceptional. Even the room door had an upgrade quality. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect as we were going to the airport
The hot tub was not hot enough. With the jets, the pool immediately filled with thick foam with a dark scum on the edges-a real turn-off! The fluorescent lighting in the fitness and pool area was unattractive. Also NO soap in men's and women's showers.

I would recommend this hotel, but not the hot tub. The pool was fine.

Easy check in. Clean spacious rooms.
The hot tub needs to be cleaned. It was very dirty. There was hair and dirt along the walls and in the corners of the hot tub.

The hotel was good value and the rooms were nice. We stayed on the 14th floor which had nice views. You could watch the airplanes flying super low into the airport. Noise was never an issue. We go to a hotel in Vancouver once a month for date night. We walked to the boathouse for dinner. Room service is limited and expensive, not unusual for a hotel though. As usual the hotel stay was great.
The only thing to improve is the window curtains: to cover the window area more thoroughly and be darker/thicker to block light.

Very nice hotel in Richmond and we always enjoy the stay here.

Really nice room with view
Lobby is a bit caotic - especially if they have 3 or 4 groups registering at once

Good hotel. A little awkward to get to because you have to loop around on some side streets to get there. Room was very good - excellent bed and linens and nice decor

the hotel staff was with minor exceptions vary accommodating, and took care of any issues or questions I had.
two main issues, I could have received my stay at a lower price had I not booked through priceline.com secondly I found all the amenities of the hotel to be an add on, and over priced, which is a first when booking through price line.

the room was good, and clean, over all the staff was accommodating and friendly. the parking options were not clear, the hot tub was in need of cleaning, definatly not clean to the standards of the rest of the hotel. internet, continental breakfast and other some other amenities offered are at an upcharge.
