Good location, easy to Hershey attractions. Clean,
comfortable room and the staff was very helpful. Accommodating to any request that was made to them.

The hotel just didn't have that sparkle of a clean place. Corners were dirty and the carpet was old and worn. Bathtub fixtures is both rooms didn't function properly.

Overall, we had a nice stay . Hotel was clean,comfortable and quiet. Located very close to all the main attractions in Hershey. Felt safe and secure.

Couple
I have stayed in several Quality Inns. This one was by far the worst. Needs a good cleaning and airing out. They offer hand towels as body towels in room bathroom. Tub was full of hair and did not drain. Pool smelled horrible.

Check in staff was polite and friendly. The room & bathroom was dirty. The shower head was brOKen. The tub didn't drain properly. I notified staff at checkout of the problems and all they said was 'ok'.
