Convenient location but night desk lady was curt and unaccomodating.
It is a tired hotel... well worn and not crisp and clean like I expect a hotel to be... needs a facelift badly.

Convenient just off the I75 corridor from the east. Cracker Barrel nearby. I have an expectation of Marriott branded hotels being staffed by friendly people and a aire of cleanliness and accomodation... instead of a king size bed they gave us a queen double with handicap accessibility... not to my liking...now did the woman at the front desk seem to care or try.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Great free breakfast bar. Good coffee.
Living room area was small. They did not have a hot-tub.

Overall it was a great experience. Can't complain. (especially for a 2star)

The road construction caused temporarily out of water.

I think the hotel is either newly constructed or renovated, because it is very clean and organized. There are many kinds of food that I can choose at the breakfast, and I never expect to have cheese burger at free breakfast. The swimming pool is a little bit small, but the water is warm.

service w/a smile and everyone was so pleasant when we needed help
we were under the impression we'd have a microwave and a small fridgeNo hot tub for my bad back

This hotel is a really nice place to stay while in SWFlorida Te staff is nice and also very helpful. We really liked the continental breakfast, lots of variety. The ambience of the dining area was nice as well

The modern decor & cleanliness.
The noise level from other rooms was extremely disruptive. Thankfully, the desk clerk was able to quiet them before having to call the cops.

The decor was modern, the room was clean and the breakfast met expectations. Apparently, the hotel was completely booked and a full house comes with it's troubles (noise, slow breakfast lines, etc.) but it was still not too bad. We were very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
