Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites San Antonio Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 1, 2013

This hotel fit our needs famously. The 2 QUEEN beds were great. It is annoying how hotel chains (including HILTON) have downgraded to 2 Double beds in rooms. To have a sleeper sofa was a great bonus so we could separate our kids. The breakfast is the typical for this kind of hotel...struggle to find a table, make a waffle or bagel, have some juice...regardless, it satisfied our kids and was included! Our only complaint was the showerhead in the room was broken. We immediately brought it to the attention of the front desk, but it was never fixed and we were never told if it was even looked at. No feedback makes us feel like they blew it off. ...

The price of this quiet and clean hotel was very affordable. The large suite rooms were comfortable. The beds were a bit too firm but had plenty of feather pillows. Nice hot breakfast.

The hotel itself was very nice & the rooms were very spacious. They had good Paul Mitchell shampoo/conditioner. The pool was very small so we didn't use it. I didn't realize the location was so close to the freeway and airport so it was quite noisy to be able to get a good nights sleep. The breakfast was okay but nothing to brag about. I would probably not stay here again because of the noise. ...

This hotel was very clean and in a perfect location. The suite is very spacious and the kids loved that they had their own "room" in the living room/work area. Easy access to 410 loop so we could get around town very quickly. Staff was friendly and they had a hot breakfast. this is the first time i stay close the airport and the area was not bad at all. the prices are a lot cheaper than downtown. ...
