Super 8 Santa Clarita/Valencia

The pool and spa were clean and both have chair lifts for people disabilities overall We enjoyed our stay and would go back if were in the area. They gave us a username and password for the wyfi.We had no cell ervice in the room though.

Price was ok bed was horrible staff was rude and will never stay there again

It was OK. Good for just spending the one night and that was it. Would not recommend if you needed a good night's sleep as the beds were just too hard.But staff friendly.Also the complimentary breakfast - it would have been nice to have had some fresh fruit.

The beds were very comfortable. Nothing much to say, was good enough to sleep and shower. Good amenities, fridge, micro, good price for all of that. One day the housekeepers forgot to leave, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, I had to get it from the office. I had to remind the housekeepers the next day to please leave in the room the shampoo and conditioner, they did. The sign at the desk said no pets, however the place did smell of dog's urine, so I asked the front desk if pets were allowed and she said yes, small ones for an extra $20 a day. I believe the sign needs to change to reflect that pets are allowed and we would have asked for a pet free room without the urine smell. ...read more

Location was decent. Parking and the lobby area where the supposed breakfast was to be served were very small and not very functional at all. These 2 areas were disappointing. Not being able to park at a place where you have paid to stay is not going to bring us back here.

Not recommended due to being animal friendly room smelled very bad of animal urine.
