Rooms were clean.
Not 5 Star quality, outdated. Tried to put additional charge (after I left) without telling me why...

Overall the hotel is not bad. Clean, staff was fairly friendly, accommodating, all speak great English and were pleasant to deal with. My main quarrel was this was not 5 Star quality. The rooms and hallways feel more like a late 80s (at best) Holiday Inn that was kept up very well. Nothing wrong with it, but not even close to 5 Star... Also, the day after I left I noticed my credit card was charged an additional ~$70. There was no explanation as to why, nor was I told anything at checkout. I asked the bank to block it, but unnecessary trouble really... Location is great, right in the middle of town, but aside from that would not recommend it – especially if you are spending top dollar. ...read more
