Reservation included refrigerator in the room. Room did not include one. Mentioned it after check in (early pm). Returned late pm and still no refrigerator. Mentioned it again and one was brought immediately to the room.

Nothing except absence of saves in the rooms.
Nice clean hotel and staff ,good breakfast, good shuttle service but it is far from local attractions,shops and restaurants with no near public transport, so it is very convenient for stay overnight waiting for a flight or for people who have a car. Also there was no frig in the room as advertised and I think it is necessary to provide the rooms with saves to keep personal belongings. I suggest it would be fair to give visitors some reduction for second or further visits. ...

Everything!! I really loved this hotel! The pool and the hot tube worked. The breakfast was fantastic, included many options. The location was really close to other hotels. Would stay here again.

Attention to detail. Decor was warm like a room at home, not a chain hotel. Great variety for breakfast.
It was everything I wanted in a hotel. I was able to use all the amenities that was thoughtfully appointed. Really liked the common area which was very inviting and accommodates large groups of people at the long table.

Great location and value. Surprisingly quiet. Excellent breakfast.
Hotel was not convenient to train or downtown Chicago, but that's expected for an O'Hare hotel.
We chose this hotel due to the location near O'Hare Airport. We were pleasantly surprised when this hotel was directly across from our rental car company, so even more convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The snack shop and microwave came in handy for reheating leftovers. The room was clean, though a bit noisy during the day since it was on a busy street and near the airport. Earplugs were provided, but unnecessary at night. The Hampton breakfast never disappoints! ...

Parking was ridiculous and way overpriced. The room was very small. VERY SMALL.
