There's no express check out and no free wifi in the room. Check out time for Marriot members shoud be extended to 1 to 2 hours.

Great location in the heart of Budapest.

The hotel overlooks the Danube river dust across from the Citadel and the Castle. It is within walking distance to virtually every tourist attraction within the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were most comfortable and the bathtub was perfect. Each room has a view of the Danube and it really was remarkable. We slept well, we saw all the sights, we walked the shopping district (just around the corner from the hotel) all in all, a perfect location for anyone visiting Budapest. ...read more

Very nice views to the Danube from every room
The air-conditioning was not cooling properly (tried several rooms). Hotel staff were extremely helpful though!

Excellent views to the Danube river. Very centrally located for sightseeing

The location was great and convenient.
For a five star rating this hotel did not include free WiFi nor did it have luxurious amenities.

Was not pleased with the hotel due to the fact that WiFi was not free of charge. The fact that I stayed in a five star Marriott and that I had to pay to communicate with my family overseas was unacceptable! It was a major inconvenience for me and the friends I traveled with.

The front desk staff was very good at giving directions to local attractions and stores
The lobby wasnt very welcoming for non business travellers and it is the only place wifi is offered.

We had a lovely stay, they let us check out late, and helped us find the subway and post office. The food is overpriced and in Budapest finding cheap restaurants is a bit hard.

Great view of Danube river and royal palace and also chain bridge.
No electrical pot..

if you are finding a place for romance, this is definitely the place where you should head to.

The location and the view from the room can't be better.
I surprised at the fee for the TV. I don't watch TV but would like to tune in for local news. Ended up getting the news on my laptop only.

Great location, convenient and great view. Friendly staff.

A location that could not be beat. Beautiful, recently refurbished, well-appointed rooms.
No pool.

Everything you'd expect from a Marriott, in a charming, and beautiful city. Literally steps away from the Danube, and the city's most vibrant area for dining, shops, nightlife, etc.

Failure of staff to even try to solve problems.

Good location for sightseeing and get local transportation. Hotel reeked of cig smoke staff staff could care less of what you wanted. Nothing was their fault loved to blamed price line for all problems.
