The location is little far from the attractions but still walking distance, the room is very good.
The staff do not smile, they are not very well trained how to deliver a good service.

Take into account in Vienna the train service from and to the airport it is a very good service.

The hotel bar tender was very pleasant.
I would not recommend this hotel, in fact, I would discourage anyone from staying here given the room rate, location, attitude of much of the staff and the amenities.

Lovely room, outstanding service, beautiful view from room window, clean, bed extremely comfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this lovely city. I was upgraded to a business suite and it was absolutely beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Nice garden setting for the restaurant.
I had to pay extra for internet, TV music, parking, breakfast etc. Room was old not like in the picture.

I had to change my travel plans due to a business opportunity that came up. As a result, I did not go to Vienna and missed my hotel reservation and lost the money that I had paid for it.

Breakfast too repeatitive. Food not protected with guards.

4 Star, overall good value for the money. Book with Breakfast rate.

The bed was comfortable and they provided tons of pillows and nice blanket.
No free WiFi anywhere in the hotel, parking is very expensive.
